This tool allows TestOut support technicians to connect to your computer and see what you see.
- Enter the session ID in the session ID field (a support technician will give you a session ID).
- Enter your first name in the first name field.
- Run the file. In Internet Explorer, click Run instead of Save. In Chrome and Firefox, double-click the file after it has been downloaded.
- When the software asks you to become the presenter, click Yes. This will allow the technician to see your screen and share your mouse.
