This tool allows TestOut support technicians to connect to your computer and see what you're seeing.

Steps

  1. Enter the session id given to you by the support technician in the session id field.
  2. Enter your first name in the first name field.
  3. Run the file. In Internet Explorer, simply click run instead of save. In Chrome and Firefox, double click the file after it has been downloaded.
  4. When the software asks you to become the presenter click yes. This will allow the technician to see your screen and share the mouse.
