LabSim Bookstore Return Policy

Bookstores may purchase TestOut LabSim training software at the educational discount price. Unused course Activation Codes may be returned up to one year from date of purchase and will incur a 10% deactivation fee. No exceptions. Returns will not be honored after one year from date of purchase. Any bookstore returning unused Activation Codes must obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from TestOut prior to returning any unused Activation Codes. Any unused Activation Codes returned without a valid RMA# or with contents that differ from the RMA description will be subject to an additional 35% service fee. 

Instructions for Returns

To begin the return process, call 1-800-877-4889 and ask to speak with an academic sales representative. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be associated with the return. This number must be obtained before returning unused Activation Codes. Include this number with a complete list of all returned unused Activation Codes and an explanation of why unused Activation Codes are being returned. Upon receipt of unused Activation Codes at TestOut, a credit for the approved returned unused Activation Codes minus the deactivation fee will be applied to the customer's account.
