Bookstores:
Bookstores may purchase TestOut LabSim training software at the educational discount price. Unused course Activation Codes may be returned up to one year from date of purchase and will incur a 10% deactivation fee. No exceptions. Returns will not be honored after one year from date of purchase. Any bookstore returning unused Activation Codes must obtain a valid RMA# from TestOut prior to returning any unused Activation Codes. Any unused Activation Codes returned without a valid RMA# or with contents that differ from the RMA description will be subject to an additional 35% service fee.

Instructions for returns:
To begin the return process, call 1-800-877-4889 and ask to speak with an academic sales representative. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization "RMA" number to be associated with the return. This number must be obtained before returning unused Activation Codes. Include this number with a complete list of all returned unused Activation Codes and an explanation of why unused Activation Codes are being returned. Upon receipt of unused Activation Codes at TestOut, a credit for the approved returned unused Activation Codes minus the restocking fee will be applied to the customer's account.
